St Brigid’s Primary School strives to be a welcoming Christian community respecting the dignity and uniqueness of each student. We promote an atmosphere of openness and mutual respect where children feel secure to develop their full potential.
As Principal, my number one priority is the happiness and safety of every child. Children who are feeling happy and safe are receptive learners. There is a saying which states ‘It takes a village to raise a child’. In essence, this means that the development of each child is the responsibility of every community member.
As children grow and learn more about their world, they will be influenced by many people, who will have an impact on their decisions and attitudes towards themselves and to the world. Parents and Teachers, the peer group and the community all contribute to the progress children make in their learning.
