Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St Brigid’s Primary school.

Please fill out an Enrolment Query form below, or download the relevant Enrolment Application/s.

Please return the completed application/s together with copies of the following supporting documentation noted below, to enrolments@stbrigidsms.wa.edu.au Please note that enrolment applications cannot be processed until all required documentation has been received.

• Copy of child’s Birth Certificate
• Baptism Certificate (if relevant)
• Immunisation Statement
• Copy of Passport (if relevant)
• Visa or Citizenship Documents (if relevant)
• Parenting Orders (if relevant)

If you are applying for more than one child, a separate Enrolment Application must be completed for each student.

Please be aware that enrolment in our Pre-Kindy (Three-Year-Old) Program does not automatically guarantee a place in Kindergarten.
Families wishing to apply for both Pre-Kindy and Kindergarten are required to submit both our Pre-Kindergarten Enrolment Application and Kindergarten to Year Six Enrolment Application.
